The Calm Is Suspicious Necklace combines soft, dreamy color with just enough attitude to remind you that appearances can be deceiving.

At the center is a piece of original FDSS acrylic paint-pour artwork, featuring flowing layers of aqua, lavender, silvery gray and pale blue. The colors sweep across the round pendant in delicate bands, creating a pattern that almost looks like layers of stone, ocean currents or a tiny abstract landscape.

The artwork is protected beneath a glossy round cabochon and surrounded by an ornate silver-tone scrollwork setting. The detailed vintage-inspired frame gives the softer artwork some edge and makes the pendant feel much more substantial than a basic bezel.

It’s paired with an 18-inch sterling silver chain for a classic, slightly shorter necklace length that keeps the pendant beautifully visible.
