Meet the Beautifully Bad Decisions Necklace—dark, dramatic, slightly mysterious and considerably better behaved than most actual bad decisions.

The centerpiece started as part of an original FDSS acrylic paint pour. This particular section captured layers of smoky black, metallic-looking silver and gray with subtle purple and hints of cooler color winding through the design.

And because paint pours have absolutely no respect for plans, there will never be another pattern exactly like it.

The artwork was selected from the larger painting, transformed into a cabochon-style piece and placed inside an ornate oval steel setting. The scrolling vintage-inspired frame gives the necklace a little Victorian drama without crossing into “I definitely live in a haunted mansion.”

Although… no judgment if that’s the goal.

It’s finished with an 18-inch sterling silver chain, giving you genuine sterling where it counts while allowing the decorative pendant setting to bring all the drama.
